1. Live Online Piano Sessions (1:1 Lessons)

• Cancellation by Student:
  You may cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be marked as absent.

• Cancellation by Instructor:
  In the rare event that I need to cancel a lesson; I will provide notice and offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

2. Recorded Piano Courses

• Refund Eligibility:
  Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. To request a refund, please email your order details and reason to eightylko@yahoo.com

• Refund Process:
  Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

• Non-Refundable:
  Once more than 20% of the course content has been accessed, refunds are not applicable.

3. E-Book (88 Piano Code)

• Refunds are processed only after completion of all 3 steps, within 10 business days to original payment method after deduction of Razorpay platform fees.
